As a retired police officer and firefighter, we understand the demands of trying to fit exercise, training and adventure into a busy schedule. That's why we started a fitness company that caters to active people. Our Personal and Small Group Training can be geared towards beginners in the fitness world, athletes getting back into shape, or high performance athletes or teams. We are also Ironman Certified Endurance and Triathlon Coaches with years of experience in all distances of triathlons, running and cycling races. Whether your goal is to finish your first 5k or go to the World Championships, we can work with you to help you reach your goals.
In 2020 we will be holding an Ironman Training Camp in Palm Springs, Ca. in March and a fun Spring Training Camp in Victoria to get you ready for any summer events you have planned - even if you just want to get ready for bikini season.
We have taken run groups to the West Coast Trail, the Grand Canyon, and the Chilkoot Trail. We have taken cycling groups to the Sunshine Coast, Vancouver Island, Yukon, Alaska, and Newfoundland. All Epic Adventures are supported and we provide training plans to ensure you are ready.
Our 2020 Epic Adventures includes a supported run or hike through the Grand Canyon in May. Starting from the South Rim we travel with you to the bottom of Canyon and up the North Rim as far as you want to explore. Dinner and overnight at the Famous Phantom Ranch at the bottom of the Canyon before breakfast and supported travel back up the South Rim the next day. In June we will be cycling from Vancouver to Calgary with a trail run in Banff. We provide a support vehicle as well as company riding on the road. We plan your transportation, accommodations and assist with any training and equipment concerns.
